Lester “Leo” Morgan, 77, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Saturday, May 22, 2010 at 4:45 pm. He was born in Wagoner, Oklahoma and was raised in Dallas Texas. He served during the Korean War in the US Army on Jan 16, 1953 in Yokohama Japan. He received a National Defense Servcie Metal. After service he was transferred to the Army Reserve in Texas.He worked as a construction masonary worker most of his life until he retired. He loved to travel and go to flea markets.He is survived by his ex-wife, Frances “Loweita” Hurst; daughters- Cheryl and Kathy Morgan, son-Michael Morgan; grandchildren–Timothy Morgan and Michelle Cooper; sister- Dorothy Murphy; brothers- George and Homer Morgan. Leo is preceded in death by his youngest daughter, Lisa Morgan Cooper. Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, May 27, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. SalvageYard Church/4809 High School Road/Indianapolis IN 46221.
